What will happen if the pet sitter experiences car trouble or becomes ill? Do we have a backup?
Absolutely. If the pet sitter experiences car trouble the appoitment and set time will be met by a different employee in our company. Our four different pet sitters all live within the Utah County area. Whether it is our Provo Pet Sitter, Orem Pet Sitter, or Alpine Pet Sitter, we take care of the problem. If your hired pet sitter becomes sick, a different employee within our company will finish the pet sitting appropriately and as advised by the scheduled employee. A sick employee does not finish a pet sitting reservation, an alternative employee takes their place. It can be dangerous to have pets around sick humans, some diseases and sicknesses can transfer from human to animal. We care about your pets and our employees, the health of your pet is our number one concern as you leave your animal in our care.
Will the pet sitter provide related services such as in-home grooming, dog walking, dog training, and play time?
Yes, we will provide all kinds of related services. In-home grooming will be either the day before or day of the arrival of the owner. Dog walking is a must for most dogs that can handle that form of exercise. If your dog can handle dog walking then we base it on 15 to 30 minutes per visit as desired by the owner.
Will we provide a written service contract spelling out services and fees?
If you are wondering how much to pay pet sitter, then read below about services and fees, and feel free to visit our rates page for detailed information on payment. After the consulation is finished the reservation is made with a deposit, and a written service contract with services and fees totaled for customer and company protection. A credit card or atm card number is required before services are provided. A $10.00 deposit is automatically charged with the reservation confirmed. If the total charge is going to be less then $10.00 there is no deposit. However, this $10.00 deposit goes toward the entire total, or is charged as a cancellation fee if not cancelled before 24 hours in advance.

At the owners recommendation we are flexible to schedule specific times to visit your pet and keep them on their routine. Everything is detailed in the contract and not deviated from at the owner's request.
How do we make sure that you have returned home?
There will be a scheduled date and time for the pet sitting services, however, we always make a final phone call on the day the owner arrives home to make sure the owner is home, the pet will be cared for and they are happy with our services as agreed upon.
